Marina services Marinas in the Croatian Adriatic stretch along the entire coast and provide a wide range of services. Most marinas offer highly standardized berths and are open
throughout the year. Apart from the basic services of berth, reception desk and sanitary facilities, there are various additional services such as repair services, cranes and travel lifts, estaurants, cafés and snack bars, as well as various shops. The basic services provided by all marinas are berth rental on a daily and annual basis.

Annual or permanent berth rental
Annual or permanent berths are intended for owners wishing to keep their boats in the Adriatic for a longer period. Most marinas provide berth rental on an annual basis, which is renewed annually after the termination of contract period, whereas some marinas offer berth rental for several years or time-share berths.
The price of annual or permanent berth varies according to marina and depends on the vessel’s length overall and beam. The price usually includes surveillance of vessel, covering vessel with owner’s awning, use of sanitary facilities, standard power and water consumption. The annual or permanent berth applies to mooring berths and storage on land. In most marinas the Contract of annual berth rental does not allow combination of both mooring berths and storage on land.
However, the holder of the Contract of annual mooring berth is usually entitled to a discount for storage on land. Aside from providing the service of annual mooring berths, some marinas provide special offers that are charged extra for storage on land during the winter and the crane- pass which provides service of
storage on land together with the use of crane several times. In most marinas the annual or permanent berth rental fee is paid in advance. Also, the annual or permanent berth rental fee for boats used for charter purposes or those engaged in other commercial activities is greater than that of boats for private use. [>>>>>]
